Services

Six services. One standard.

Every surface in your home wears differently, holds soil differently and fails differently. Cleaning them all the same way is how carpets get glazed, sofas get water-stained and rugs get ruined.

Carpet Cleaning

Most carpet that looks "clean but tired" is not worn out — it is loaded. Years of dry soil sit at the base of the pile where a vacuum cannot reach, and every previous cleaning that used too much detergent left a tacky residue that grabs the next round of dirt. We pre-vacuum, break that residue down, then flush it all out under pressure and pull it back.

  • Traffic lanes
  • Stairs
  • Pet accidents
  • Post-tenancy
  • Before listing a house

Dry time: Typically 4–8 hours. Walkable in socks almost immediately.

Upholstery Cleaning

Upholstery is where the wrong method does visible, permanent damage. A fabric coded S is solvent-only and will water-stain if it is cleaned like carpet. We read the tag first, test in a hidden seam, and pick the tool to match — which sometimes means telling you a piece should not be wet-cleaned at all.

  • Sectionals
  • Dining chairs
  • Headboards
  • Microfiber
  • Pet hair and body oils

Dry time: Typically 2–6 hours depending on fabric and method.

Rug Care

An area rug is not carpet that happens to be loose. It usually has natural dyes, a cotton or jute foundation, and no pad underneath, which means it holds far more dry soil per square foot than anything fixed down — and it will bleed, shrink or brown if it is cleaned the way a synthetic broadloom is.

  • Wool
  • Hand-knotted
  • Runners
  • Nursery rugs
  • Pet damage

Dry time: In-home cleaning 6–12 hours. Some rugs are better taken away — we will say so.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Grout is porous cement. Mopping moves dirty water across it and leaves the soil in the lines to dry, which is why a floor can be mopped weekly and still get steadily darker for years. The fix is not more scrubbing — it is heat, pressure and a contained rinse that lifts the soil out of the pores rather than spreading it.

  • Kitchens
  • Bathrooms
  • Entryways
  • Showers
  • Rental turnovers

Dry time: Walkable in 30–60 minutes. Sealing, if chosen, is a second visit or a later slot the same day.

Hard Floor Care

Most dull hardwood is not damaged — it is coated. Household floor cleaners and steam mops leave a film that builds up layer on layer until the floor looks cloudy and feels slightly tacky underfoot. We strip that build-up off with the minimum moisture the floor can take, and leave the finish itself untouched.

  • Hardwood
  • Engineered wood
  • Luxury vinyl plank
  • Laminate
  • Post-renovation haze

Dry time: Typically 20–60 minutes. A refresher coat needs the room left alone overnight.

Commercial Services

Commercial floors fail on a schedule, not at random. Entryways take the first twenty feet of everything the parking lot has to offer; corridors wear in a line; conference rooms sit untouched for months. A maintenance plan that hits the right zones at the right frequency costs less than a full clean twice a year and keeps the place looking consistently good instead of alternating between fresh and shabby.

  • Offices
  • Medical and dental
  • Salons
  • Churches
  • Apartment turnovers
  • Short-term rentals

Dry time: Planned so the space is ready before you open. Low-moisture options where it has to be same-hour.
